Privacy Policy

• Account info. Your name and email address, provided by Google when you sign in. We don't store passwords — sign-in happens through your Google account.
• Floor plans. The image you upload, stored on our servers and used only for your consultation.
• Consultations. The generated report, the room analysis, and any chat questions you ask.
• Payment data. Handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card numbers or UPI details.
• Operational data. Standard server logs (IP, browser) for security and debugging.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your floor plans to train AI models.

• To produce your consultation and answer your chat questions.
• To bill you (via Razorpay).
• To support you when you contact us.
• To maintain and improve the Service.

• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Google, to operate sign-in. Google tells us your name and email; we don't send them anything about your consultations.
• Anthropic, to power the vision and chat features of Vasati. We send only the floor plan image (vision) and the question + relevant report context (chat). Anthropic's privacy terms apply to that processing.
• DigitalOcean, our hosting provider, whose servers in Bangalore, India run the Service and store your floor plans and reports.

Your floor plans and reports are retained while your account is active, so your consultations stay available to you. Email us at any time to have your floor plans, reports, or entire account deleted, and we'll confirm once it's done.

Depending on where you live (EU, UK, California, India), you have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. Email hey@vasati.app and we'll honor the request within applicable timelines.

We use a first-party cookie to keep you signed in, and a second to remember whether you prefer the site in English or Hindi. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies as of this writing.

Vasati is not intended for use by anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

We'll post material changes to this policy here and update the "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting existing users, we'll email you.
